Hello Gerd

Are there any plans to support EPSG dataset 10.*? They’ve changed the table structure thus it doesn’t work with Apache SIS 1.0 anymore.

Yes, but we are very late on our schedule. Last September a roadmap has been proposed for that issue [1]. That roadmap had 8 steps and we are still at step 2 (I will post more about the current work on the @dev mailing list later). The key point is that the EPSG table structure changed because the ISO 19111 conceptual model changed (for taking in account dynamic datums), so a prerequite for this work is to upgrade GeoAPI and Apache SIS to ISO 19111:2019.

In medium term, I'm trying hard to get SIS 1.1 released. Then the summer will be busy with OGC TestBed 17, which will bring completion of the Cloud-optimized GeoTIFF reader in SIS and more work on SIS support of Moving Features. I hope I will have more time in 4~5 months for doing some referencing work, but I have said the same thing months ago. Soon or later I will resume this work for sure (if no one else do it before), but it is hard to tell when. It will depend on projects at that time.
