We are getting close to a release of SIS 1.5, which includes:
* Upgrade to EPSG version 12 (Apache SIS 1.4 was on EPSG version 9)
* Upgrade of WKT 2 parsing and formatting to ISO 19162:2019 (Apache
SIS 1.4 was on ISO 19162:2015)
* Pure-Java GeoTIFF writer (Apache SIS 1.4 has a COG reader)
* Bridge to GDAL (using Panama) for two-dimensional rasters
* Various bug fixes and improvements.
Except for the bridge to GDAL which requires Java 22, Apache SIS 1.5
runs on Java 11. If anyone would like to test and provide feedback

I expect an RC3 with only bug fixes compared to RC2, then the RC3 would
be the version submitted for a vote.
