I forgot to include '-Dhadoop.version=2.4.1' in the command below.

The modified command passed.

You can verify the dependence on hbase 0.98 through this command:

mvn -Phbase-hadoop2,hadoop-2.4,yarn -Dhadoop.version=2.4.1 -DskipTests
dependency:tree > dep.txt
