Yeah I can't seem to download any of the artifacts via the direct download / cloudfront URL. The Apache mirrors are fine, so use those for the moment. @marmbrus were you maybe the last to deal with these artifacts during the release? I'm not sure where they are or how they get uploaded or I'd look deeper.
