Hello –
I am doing a marketing campaign for a Dell Technologies product – the
Dell Data Lakehouse. We have a big announcement coming up that will
include Spark directly in our product (we will help them implement it
and include it in the management software for our entire stack, allowing
data teams to have a one-stop-shop for data query and analysis without
having to manage and utilize multiple tools).
I’d like to use the Apache Spark logo in our marketing for this product
release. This would include, but would not be limited to, a web banner
on our website (dell.com/datamanagement), use of the logo in our
marketing collateral (solution brief, etc) and use in our customer
presentation powerpoint decks.
I have read your trademark policies, but the Dell legal team has asked
me to request a formal logo request form, giving us written permission
to use the trademark for Apache Spark. Is that something you might be
able to help me with?
