I think you're right but i haven't seen a lot of unanswered questions and generally on the user side its questions that drive intersction so I'm wondering what could be driving that. I can think of:
1) interest/usage dropping off. Fewer active users means fewer questions 2) the community/apis etc are mature enough that most users are experienced so don't need additional support 3) AI adoption? Most user queries and challenges can be solved without even going to the website for the docs before even going to the email channel?
