Most EBFs we do rolling upgrades. For them we install the new yinst package on all of the nodes and then restart the supervisor, logviewer, nibs and ui one node at a time, although you could do more then one at a time it is not a big deal. We then go through and restart all of the worker processes on the nodes, usually one node at a time. This allows the workers to pick up the new version of the storm libraries.
