Is there a way we can dynamically change this config parameter ? The "Storm@Twitter" paper ( http://db.cs.berkeley.edu/cs286/papers/storm-sigmod2014.pdf) mentions this but I'm unable to find any details.
Also, I'm guessing if I have to add some custom tuning mechanism for this, its going to be part of the Storm core ? Or is there a pluggable way to add a custom logic to manage max.spout.pending ? -- Thanks and regards Chinmay Soman
