Hi, I've had the same error and finally the problem was in the file $HOME/.storm/storm.yaml. Probably by mistake, the folder .storm was removed and the storm.yaml file had disappeared.
Once recreated again the folder .storm with the storm.yaml file, the nimbus process started without problem. Best regards, Susana
