I was listening to "Tuning and productizing storm" by Nathan and one of the bullet suggested was to configure 1 worker per node.
This requires just setting one port for the "supervisor.slots.ports" config in storm.yaml file. How can I ensure that any new topologies that gets deployed will have some worker assigned to do the work? To be more specific, say if I have 4 supervisor nodes all configured with one port for "supervisor.slot.ports". If I have topology.workers set to 2, does that mean that I can deploy only two topologies?
