Hi Clay,

1) Are you overriding the default sleep time for local topologies with the `-s` 
option followed by the sleep time in milliseconds? If so, with what value? By 
default, flux will run local mode topologies for 60 seconds.

2) It looks like you are trying to use KafkaConfig with constructor arguments 
for SpoutConfig. The SpoutConfig class extends KafkaConfig and has a different 
constructor signature:

public KafkaConfig(BrokerHosts hosts, String topic)
public KafkaConfig(BrokerHosts hosts, String topic, String clientId)
public SpoutConfig(BrokerHosts hosts, String topic, String zkRoot, String id)
