You don't need to rebuild it, since STORM_TEST_TIMEOUT_MS is system
environment variable and testing.clj defines TEST-TIMEOUT-MS in runtime.
I mean, you don't need to clean and compile again. Just adjusting
STORM_TEST_TIMEOUT_MS and executing "mvn test (or install)" resumes tests
with adjusted TEST-TIMEOUT-MS.
