Is there any introduction about MultitenantScheduler ? It is noted in https://storm.apache.org/releases/1.0.2/Storm-Scheduler.html but no more document is provided.
And one more question: https://storm.apache.org/releases/1.0.2/Resource_Aware_Scheduler_overview.html#topology-priorities-and-per-user-resource Here introduces user-resource-pools.yaml which can specify how much resource a user can use.
