Forcing workers on specific machine in Storm using Flux yaml file

Hi,

1. Can we forcibly place specific workers to use only a subset of machines
from the cluster ?
Can this be done using Flux ?

2. Can we place specific components (spouts and bolts) on the machines that
we want ?
