Not really, but you can look at storm-mysql or trident-mssql (both available on 
GitHub), which are TridentState implementations for MySQL and Microsoft SQL 
Server, respectively. For Oracle, you probably only need minor modifications to 
the the SQL queries used to read and update the state, and change the JDBC 
database driver used, which should be very simple to modify accordingly.
