TOPOLOGY INFORMATION IS NOT APPEARING IN STORM UI

Hi All,
Currently we are working on storm wordcount topology. We successfully run the 
topology, but the information is not appearing in storm ui. Can anyone please 
guide us so that we can proceed our work
