I have seen that message quite a lot in the ZK logs. It is a symptom of the client closing the connection.
If you search for that sessionid in the same ZK log, you should be able to figure out who the client was that closed the connection. E.g., if it was nimbus, then search the nimbus logs for evidence of the cause. This ZK log message may not indicate a serious issue in general, but since you mention it correlates with other symptoms, it may lead you to the cause of those other symptoms. -- Derek On 2/27/14, 4:21, Klausen Schaefersinho wrote:
Hi, I was running some test in local mode now, where my spout is reading reading events from a set of files. After more or less 11M events I always get the following exception exception and the entire system stops working: 1199630 [NIOServerCxn.Factory:0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0:2000 <http://0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0:2000>] WARN org.apache.zookeeper.server.NIOServerCnxn - EndOfStreamException: Unable to read additional data from client sessionid 0x14472c82bcf0003, likely client has closed socket Has anybody ever spotted this issue before?
