Hi, I have a question on Kafka spout. Does restarting storm topology make Kafka spout read older messages again? How does force offset method affect offset? I mean, if offset is say 100, and topology is down and another 100 messages are added to topic. Now if topology is brought up, does the new offset start with 1 or 101 or 200?
