Hi, I’m starting to use storm for experimenting propose and I would like to have some help related to the Spout nextTuple method. My problem is I want to inject a maximum number of tuples per second in storm. So I want to start sending 100 tuples/second for around 10 seconds, then 1000 and so on. For that I’m using a loop in the nextTuple to keep injecting the tuples.
My question is the following: Is this approach the best one or should I send one tuple only in the nextTuple and configure the nextTuple to be called more frequently or less?
