There's a zip file that can be downloaded from the Manning site, which should have everything you would need. The actual source lives in the Commons sandbox and in Struts contrib.
Though, for database access, I'd recommend iBATIS or Hibernate. The ProcessAction stuff is still useful, if complex. Larger teams seem to like it. I'm working on a simplified version based on Commons Chain. -Ted.
