I have been using <html:html xhtml="true"> so that the various html tags will generate xhtml compliant code, and it has worked last time I checked. I just attempted to validate the HTML output at w3c and found that the <input type="text" tags are not getting generated with the closing /. Any ideas how xhtml can get turned off?
