I was seeing a failure to find tiles definitions factory. I've tracked it down to the tiles-config_1_1.dtd not being accessable from the jakarta web site.
I have a copy of the tiles-config_1_1.dtd in my WEB-INF folder. How do I get Tomcat to find it? J.R.
