You know, isn't the RequestProcessor supposed to be used for just this kind of thing? You know, when you get a request, massage it so it is just as you'd like (in this case maybe change the case of the mapping to all lower case) and then adding just the lower-case to the struts-config.xml should work..? But I may be all wrong since I don't have any experience with the requestProcessor myself - just dreamed of using it some time..;) ..
