Possibly related: I have a similar problem and it seems to be an IE bug. If I set a local file as the starting point for my app and use it as the IE home page, when I click a popup link, I lose the web session. If I load the file (yes, the same one that is set as the home page) everything works fine. Now I just use a short-cut and it works fine. Frank
