I looked at the zip file, and the files are all from 2002. Are these the most current? I see that the commons-scaffold.jar is included in the struts-scaffold.zip file. Do I have to then build this file to create the commons-scaffold.jar file.

For database access, I would *strongly* recommend using iBATIS (http://www.ibatis.com/) rather than the Scaffold SQL package. It's essentially the same thing, only the iBATIS team did it better.
