Personally I am sticking to ANSI SQL for OLTP and Business Intelligence. Because although the majority of the time you are using only subset of sql, once in a while you may come across a situation where you need to construct a complex query because the specification requires. In such situations you may have to utilise , full flexibility sql has to offer. So it is there if you need it.
