Hello, If my understanding is correct, Struts 6.x has stronger requirements in terms of Java EE version than Struts 2.x. As Java/Jakarta Servlet API 3.1 is required (as stated in https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/WW/Version+Notes+6.0.0), the target application server should at least support Java EE 7.
Is the Struts 2.x branch still maintained for older application servers in parallel with the latest releases (in case a security issue arises, for instance)? If so, is an "end of life" date for the Struts 2.x branch foreseen? Thanks in advance.
