I see the text attachments in the web portal - not the jpg though.  The files 
are fairly long - the rendered HTML is a 21K file and the JSP is 34K.

I'm pretty sure all attachments are stripped from every email sent to the 
struts user mailing list.  You will need to include the file contents as text 
in the email in order for us to see it.
