Anyway, note that with tiles, there is not always a JSP corresponding to a tile. It can be a tile extending another one composed by several JSPs. And in this case, i have no JSP where my action can be mapped to...
Actually, you do have a JSP file that can be mapped to your action. That JSP file may be composed of Tiles with content included from other sources, but it is still a JSP and you can use it as the input value in an action mapping. The question is whether or note your tiled JSP declares a form containing the fields needed as input for the authentication action to be performed. Does it do this?
