OKay, I see what you mean now.  I am a kind of dumb.

Before I clicked on the link, it shows:

<a href="/DHSInfo/do/ContentMgmt">Manage the
Content</a>

in the browser.

DHSInfo is the name of my application in the
$TOMCAT/webapps directory.
