The Struts 1.2.4 Test Build is now available here:

This build fixes some problems with the 1.2.3 Test Build, and fixes some additional outstanding issues.
Once feedback has been collected on the stability and quality of this release, a determination will be made as to whether it should be promoted to General Availability (GA) status, and replace the recently withdrawn 1.2.2 release.
You are encouraged to download and test this build at your earliest convenience, and provide your feedback via the lists or via the bug database.
