It is frustrating when people who don't understand something bash it on public forums. Look at what happened as JSF was being created. You had a bunch of nay-sayers whining about how JSF is competitor to Struts, etc, etc. I mean, come on. That's like saying OJB or Hibernate is competing with JDO.....that just cracks me up.
Anyway, I'm signing off this thread, and since you seem to love to have the 'last word', I'll politely let you have it.

Now, about the substance of your comments. I really don't think there is a danger of people jumping to conclusions about Tiles based on this offhand remark about whehter it should be outside the framework.
