Hi Ashis, If you are looking for a way to roll your own on this one, I would recommend that you look at the commons-digester for reading the XML file - it's really nice for this kind of work, and check out Dr. Heinz Kabutz' Tutorial on self reloading XML property files (http://www.javaspecialists.co.za/archive/Issue095.html).
