Not if it will be useful to you but when I generate dynamic forms I do
the following thing:
The form definition:
<form-bean name="myForm" type="test.MyForm">
<form-property name="paramValue" type="java.lang.String[]"/>
...
</form-bean>
And then
The select:
<html:select property="paramValue" multiple="true">
<html:options collection="entryes" property="key"
labelProperty="value"/>
</html:select>
If option is selected String[] contains the Value else contains null.
The String[] size is the select options size.
