SecurityFilter hasn't been updated since January: http://securityfilter.sourceforge.net/ Pow2ACL is older, hasn't been updated in 2 years, but has groups and roles, not just one role: http://sourceforge.net/projects/pow2acl/ It also has Struts compatible classes including ActionServlet, ActionMapping, RoleAction and a DispatcherAction. Then there is always the good old JAAS.
