The code in LookupDispatchAction is:
String key = (String) lookupMap.get(name);
String methodName = (String) keyMethodMap.get(key);
Therefore, if you know what your code is returning as "key" and you
know what your code is returning as "methodName" and if the "key" is
correct, the keyMethodMap has to contain the wrong value for the
"key".
