I have a logon page that I would like to have a checkbox on for writing a cookie to the browser. The previous architect who wrote the jsp page insists that it incorporate j_security_check, is there a facility in struts for this? I can easily authenticate using forms and actions, but there is apparently something that j_security_check provides that is necessary.
