Can you tell me when (estimatedly) Struts 1.2.6 will become a release?

Lukas - 1.2.6 is a release, it is just not a General Availability (aka stable) release. Since it has been voted by the Struts developers as a Beta release, it will never go beyond that.
A new release (1.2.7 most likely) will be available "when it is ready". It may be a GA/stable release, but there is the possibility that it will also be a beta (or alpha) release.
