There is a Catch-22 on this, Wendy. If I don't use the code you see and not LazyValidatorForm, I get no HTML because it bails because there is a property without a getter on the form. If I use the code and LazyValidatorForm, then I get no HTML because it bails because of LazyValidatorForm.
