For tiles, I recommend the link from the Tiles Userguide on the Struts site to Tiles Advanced Features by Cedric Dumoulin. It is an excellent explanation of many different ways to use tiles. I've referenced it myself a few times when answering questions on the list because I *Know* I saw the answer in that PDF.
