Eric, No javascript guru here, but...
1) Are you sure that this function is there? (check page source) 2) Is this function declared at the very bottom and it's a huge and slow loading page and you are clicking that button *before* the page is completely loaded? 3) Is the word "javascript" really needed when it's inside "onClick" attribute?
