Heres my directory structure...
/usr/iplanet/servers/devtelic.ws.telic.net/WEB-INF/web.xml
and I have a VS
/usr/iplanet/servers/https-devtelic.ws.telic.net
All JSP are in
/usr/iplanet/servers/devtelic.ws.telic.net/
Heres a sample of my tld in web.xml
<taglib>
<taglib-uri>/tags/struts-bean</taglib-uri>
<taglib-location>/WEB-INF/struts-bean.tld</taglib-location>
</taglib>
On the JSP,
<%@ taglib uri="/tags/struts-bean" prefix="bean" %>
