Yes, both of these have great coverage of 1.2.x, and the best part is that they don't overlap. These two are also excellent choices for anyone who is already working in Struts. They don't cover the basics, only the stuff you need to know once you've gotten started. For the basics, my all-time favorite is still "Jakarta Struts for Dummies".
