I was trying to print out the above documents so I could read
them on the train last night. I cant believe that IBM Developer
does not have a "Printer Friendly" link for its online stuff.
I could be wrong!
It does... on the right hand side below the orange 'DeveloperWorks' tab
there is a box with 'Document Options.' The first one is 'Print this page'.
My copy is at work, but IIRC it printed out nicely-- they did a good job
with the stylesheets for screen vs. print.
