Hi Jay, You must have downloaded the jakarta-struts-1.1.zip from (or tar), Extract that to a folder, you will find a webapps directory, Inside that you will find a struts-documentation.war file. Just place it in the webapps directory of tomcat server(I think u must be using tomcat) and start the server, you will find a new directory named struts-documentation just cut and place it at a location you like.
