yeah, I agree the navigation to *get* to that documentation isn't the
most intuitive. I think it's a bit better with the Maven build Wendy
pointed to, though.

I would like two destinctions on this list of links:
User links such as:
1. Taglib users reference
2. Taglib users guide (I'm not sure we have this yet, it is more convversational and
includes some code examples)
Developer links such as:
1. Package description (UML)
2. API reference
How does this sound?
