The rail problems also occur in Mozilla on my Red Hat 7.3 box. Other than that, the site looks good. It's about time people started using (window) target indicators. I always have thought the Apache sites have a good design, generally. But *please* don't put a site into production that you only have tested with IE (that goes for anyone).
