What's the best place to put input validation and possible repair? Should I extend some struts validator and put it in the struts-config.xml attached to every form that uses it? Just wondering what's the "best practice" on that sort of thing, and if the strut validator framework allows me to change the data if it's fixable, or just flag it as being bad?
