No, it's one form (and one button) for each of the five actions, with
no buttons. You select the item from let's say a list of 30, then when
you click
"Add subheading" or whatever, javascript copies the ID of your selected
choice into the "addSubheading" form, then calls
"addSubheading.submit()"
