It's largely modeled around SmallTalk. It's quite a bit more OOP than most things one runs across. I'm more productive until Ruby/RoR simply because the language doesn't handcuff me: I spend more time working on the problem than the code. Granted, I am a SmallTalk and Lisp oldbie from way back (sure wish Ruby had macros :/ so it seems a much more natural language to me than most others have.
